I had been using the same Arrow Pack daily for *5 years* and it is still in near perfect shape. I just upgraded to the new Arrow 2.0 and it is everything I could want. I love the addition of the water bottle pocket and the padded straps. It allows me to stay so organized, carry everything I need (and then some) and yet it is not bulky. It also looks really nice - I don't want to look like a kid.
