Returns

I don’t even know why you would want to, BUT if you must… you may return any full priced items within 30 days (45 for international orders) of purchase, as long as they unused/unworn, and in the original packaging. Returns are buyer's responsibility. Please contact hello@walkergoods.com to initiate a return.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not our favorite. It can get real messy. Short answer… we can probably make it happen. Longer answer… exchange shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and not eligible on sale items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout, within 5 business days. Only full priced items are eligible for refunds, all sale priced items are not eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Item
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact hello@walkergoods.com as soon as possible so we can ensure you get the correct item and so we can ensure a proper “i’m sorry”. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the correct item will be sent as previously specified.

Defective Product

First of all, we take great pride in our production… so, by the slim chance you do receive a defective item, consider yourself lucky and buy yourself a lottery ticket! AND you will also receive a refund, store credit, or replacement (if available) for the defective item that was received. Defective product must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund. Please send an email to hello@walkergoods.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we will fix all of the things!

Lost + Stolen + Damaged Packages
We have partnered with Corso, a package protection company. By selecting Corso at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, you can easily file a claim with Corso and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. Walker Family Goods is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. By not selecting Corso at checkout… well, you’re shit out of luck.

Changes + Cancellations
To Your Order 
Because our fulfillment team processes and ships orders stupid fast, we are unable to make changes to your order once it’s been placed. If there is an issue with your order please reach out, and we will make every effort to cancel it when possible.

Sale Pricing
If we announce a sale and you purchased some of our goods at full price within a 48 hour window of said sale, then we will honor that discount for your already placed order. Placed 49 hours prior… nope.

Social Media
We love to see where you take our bags (or they take you), so be sure to tag our account @walkerfamilygoods. Please note that gives us permission to share your photo on our Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest.

Washing Instructions
We suggest spot cleaning with a non-bleach detergent first and then throwing it in a low, cold cycle washing machine and air dry afterwards. Walker Family Goods is not responsible for washing mishaps… that’s on you.

Manufacturer
Our bags are designed in the United States and manufactured in Vietnam. Our factory is conducted in a fair-trade environment and I personally went there to "inspect" the conditions before even placing our first purchase order.

Materials
All of our bags are made of vegan friendly material. Our outer fabric is 500-1000D Corudra, making our bags essentially tear proof and water resistant. They are all lined with Ripstop and sealed with Genuine YKK zippers.

Retail
As of now, we only do a handful of wholesale orders. At some point, we would love to expand. If you have a quirky and cool shop, feel free to reach out to hello@walkergoods.com and hopefully we can make something work.
